"Sunday evening crew was fun and light hearted - you could tell they like their line of work and each other. That said, wait time was long (sort of expected, 2+ hours), mistakes were made with my strep test and I needed to be swabbed again (adding to the time I was waiting to get diagnosed and head home). I appreciated that the waiting room was silent, no TV or music. Room was clean, lobby has ample seating."

"I went in for a bakers cyst that ruptured over 2 weeks ago was seen in robbinsdale last week great staff asked for some pain meds dr thought it was a good idea I wake up today my leg is completely swollen and so is my foot ER DR REFUSES TO GIVE ME ANY PAIN MEDS WHEN HE CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT THEY GAVE THEM TO ME A WEEK AGO I WILL NEVER COME TO MAPLE GROVE HOSPITAL AGAIN THE STAFF BACK IN THE ER WAS VERY RUDE"

"Whoever was working the check-in desk for urgent care on 8/29 around 1:15PM should consider getting a new job. Unbelievably rude to me and showed no compassion. That is the last type of person I want to help me when I’m in need of urgent care. I will never come here again. HORRIBLE!"
