"Don’t expect to get your package, don’t expect to get your package in any great condition. It doesn’t matter if you order some thing have it delivered the next day if you’re not there to get it, they don’t give two FS. They don’t give you any warning they just show up whenever even though you run your own company and you can’t be sitting at your front doorstep waiting on them to show up. These ******** cost me $20,000. I hope you rot"

"Can never get ahold of the office, and when I do they transfer me because no one can help. My packages are always sent to the post office never to my door. When I put a note in for delivery at door step all the time. Had a package mark delivered awhile back and still haven’t received it and no one got back with me. The person that has this route doesn’t even attempt his job."

"Today was the first bad experience I have had with USP. I was on my front porch, (okay maybe he didn’t see me) yet the driver went straight to the garage door, dumped the packages as I was trying to yell for him to bring them to the front door. I walked over and said I didn’t want them there. He said “you want me to put them back on the dolly and move them? They’re your packages.” I said “yes I am 77 years old and have a back injury”. He left and I asked his name and he said “I didn’t say” (or something to that effect). In the past UPS drivers have been such gentleman. I was shocked by his demeanor. I have the truck number and a photo I could share but really I just want to know if friendly service is no longer a priority for UPS."

"I wanted to share how much I appreciate the driver who delivered a package to our home today and also helped us with a UPS pickup. I work full time and my mom is staying with my husband and I this week. She is pretty frail and cannot lift anything over 10-15 lbs. A very heavy item was scheduled for delivery today and I thought they would just leave it at the front door. Since my mom is here and I’m 34 weeks pregnant, my husband would have had to take it in but this driver actually brought it in for my mom. In addition to this, we had a broken item delivered from Amazon and I scheduled a UPS pick up and my mom asked the driver if he could take it with him. we had the wrong info on the outside of the box and he came back with the correct shipping slip and took the package. Such great customer service! I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am for him doing this for us. I added a photo of his truck with the truck number. He absolutely deserves recognition."

"Awesome service, I did update times on google site their times were off, but fixed now. The lady behind the counter was working at super speed, getting everyone in and out quickly. I loved the atmosphere, she knew customers by name and exactly what they were there for. I picked up 13 packages and she provided me assistance, holding the door and checked with me before leaving."
