"This place manages Western Valley Apartments on E. Street. That place has at least 6 apartments infested with bed bugs. They won't treat the place and are basically blaming people by saying "Ohh you must have brought them with you". This is utter nonsense since I know a tenant that has been living there for over a year. They never had the issue with bed bugs until just over a month ago. The same can be said for the others that are infested and they have been living there longer. People are moving out and they are allowing people to move in without telling them about this problem nor even treating the place with pest companies. Shady much? This is why our town is becoming infested with the nasty bugs. Cheapskate management and landlords will happily take your deposit and rent but refuse to spend the money to treat a huge problem and it keeps spreading from one place to the other. I do NOT recommend renting any apartment managed by this place."
