"I have lived here for the last 19 years on a fixed income. And it used to be nice to live. The place is called Pine View, but they cut down all the pine trees and tall shrubs, said they were cracking the concrete which isn't true. Had the audacity to give us bird houses with no more trees left to hang them in. My neighbor tripped and fell in a Gopher hole twisting his ankle even though "We don't have Gophers". Changed the rules so you cant grow a garden anymore. New management has hired a drunk on a mower to come bulldoze over any existing gardens that are left, including generational rose bushes, and award winning tomato bushes. Changed the rules again so that smokers have to do it outside even in the rain and the cold in winter, and if your caught doing it inside they fine you heavily even if your on a fixed income and can't afford the fine and food for that month. Stopped giving us $50 gift cards at the annual Christmas party which did help us get things we need around the holidays. Ripped up the Playground equipment because it was a "Hazard to the children" which is BS. Forced us all to pay more for rent "To help with future improvement projects that will be beneficial to all residents." But that was 5 years ago and they've yet to do anything. Over all this facility went from relatively pleasant to live to dull, boring and oppressive. Would love the opportunity to move but i cant afford it due to the fixed income and the ever increasing rent."
