"NP on staff, Rachel, was efficient yet thourough with exam. Very pleasant health care experience. Only downside of CVS minute clinic is you don't know which provider you will get, but would recommend this minute clinic over others I have been to recently"
"Highly recommend. Only down side is you sometimes have to wait forever. I haven't been able to get the check in online to work witch really sucks but if you go and check in it will give you a time when you will be seen. So you can leave and come back. 75-85$ with insurance or 100to 140 without is a good deal. They give great care. Will always give you something so you don't have to come back or offer to give a doctor's notes. One time I was sick went to regular clinic paid somewhere around $200 for nothing and had to come back a week later cuz I couldn't sleep and I needed cough medicine and had to pay another $200. Never again. They take kids over 18 months. The first time I went I paid but my insurance also paid. I called the main billing minute clinic witch took some time as it does to call anyone. They were really nice and sent me a check no problems. I have used this place I would say 4-5 times."
"Don't waste your time, I wish i could give zero stars. My husband had an appointment for 3:20, we arrived at 3pm and he checked in at the kiosk. At 3:30pm we went over and asked a lady at the pharmacy where the doctor was, she told us to just wait because the doctor may be busy. We waited 15 more mins before the doctor finally came out and she had no idea we were waiting. She was absolutely clueless. She kept telling us that my husband wasn't check in and that is the only way she knows we were there but I told her he definitely was checked in because we used the kiosk to check in. We even got confirmation from the kiosk that he was checked in. The doctor didnt even come out of the room at our appointment time to see if we were waiting, she just assumed we didnt show. As she was telling us this another women was checking in for her appointment at the kiosk. The doctor then tells us that she has to see the other women now first as she is checked in and she may see us after her. The minute clinic closed at 430pm and it was 350pm by now. I told her it wasn't our fault that the system malfunctioned or didnt check us in. She then calls the women to start her appointment and tells us she will check in with us after. We started to get upset so we decided to leave because we weren't gonna wait more after waiting 45 mins. There wasn't even anybody at the minute clinic before us. No one came in or out while we were there for 45 mins. The whole time the doctor was just sitting in a room with a sign that said "patient visit in progress" and the door was closed, we even passed by the room at one point to go use the restroom and we could hear a video or show playing. The whole experience was very unprofessional and rude."
"As I stated in my survey, I went to this clinic for the first time because of the convenience of it. I went to a ears wax cleaning. I was called in 15 minutes later of my appointment what is fine, not complaining here. The equipment used to clean my ears was very inefficient. The person couldn’t take the wax of my right ear she said it was not coming out and needed to apply some medicine. That is ok too and I understand. When she got to the left ear (the worse since it was blocking every night she sprayed twice and it started to come out even on the tip of the instrument, she then stopped and said that couldn’t continue to cleaning it, at that point I was completely deaf of my left ear, I was send home in that circumstance and she said that I had to pay $130 dollars to go back and finish the job. What is disturbing is that somebody knocked the door gave her a phone and she said she was done and coming soon. She left me deaf because she needed to go somewhere else. I’m unable to perform my job as engineer because of a lack of professionalism of that person."
"Don't go. Worse place ever. More worried about their lunch than patients. My daughter and I were the only ones left waiting when the nurse came out at 5 minutes before her lunch and told us since her lunch was in 5 minutes she wasn't going to see us until she got back in an hour. Our appointment took about 10 minutes. Went back a couple months later the nurse was already gone for lunch. Just missed her so we had an hour and fifteen minute wait. Decided to grab our own lunch at subway acrosse the street. While at lunch we received a text that we had 30 minutes to get back or we would lose our spot. Went back. Waited 15 minutes and then were told that the nurse was sick with the flu, and they were waiting for her replacement. You might save money but you don't save time."
