"I brought in a pair of delicate frames to have new lenses placed I was told I had to sign a waver as they my break them these were 14 year old frameless and they broke them no one engaged with me to tell me how they broke them or I was never told the skill level of the person replacing the lenses just o well he broke them and you signed the weaver so you are out of luck sorry . We can put a new ear piece for 89 dollars on which was Black and mine was silver didn’t match at all but we can replace both for another 89 dollars or we can sell you new frames for an additional 300 plus dollars . My business dealings with them was anything but pleasant all they kept saying is you signed the weaver and yes I did but they told me that breaking them is very rare and my problem with them is how skilled are your techs and what responsibility do they have for being skilled enough to replace lenses in older frames other then o I’m sorry they broke"
