"Don't go here. I was told that if I made it before 5 I could get my DOT physical done. Did everything I could to get there as soon as possible. Then the PA decided she didn't want to do it. My time and the gas it took me to get there was completely wasted. If you are open until 5 then you take patients until 5. Obviously the PA has no work ethic. They are a bad joke. Hopefully my company decides to use a clinic group that is professional in the future."

"I went here for a pre-employment drug screen and everyone was so kind and professional. It took me a bit longer than I would have liked (stupid bladder) to be able to complete the drug screen and they were so reassuring and understanding. Would absolutely recommend this company!"

"I would give it ZERO stars if possible. I do not usually give reviews on anything, but this was so bad that I will. The place is filthy, waited 30 mins after scheduled appointment. There was a guys sitting in the lobby with a bloody gauze pad held on his eye, he was still sitting there when I got called back. Their computers crashed while answering questions and they had to start over and hand write everything. 1+ hours of waiting for the doctor, then she walked in and the first words out of her mouth were: I’m sorry, it won’t work. TERRIBLE!!! 2+ hours of my life I will never get back and I’m pretty sure I was sicker when I walked out then when I walked in!!"
