Frisco Place Apartments

"When this was under Trinity, it was as the last two reviewers before me stated. My family lived there.Roaches also very bad, nothing like the picture, doors didn't stay shut, drawers falling out due to no tracks to hold them in. Maintenance taking the bbq grill hiding it behind the dumpster. Knowing it did not belong to them. And they come into the place and took the the portable heater that was also not theirs . The furnace broke several times therefore we had to use own portable heater. They offered theirs but they came back and took it , so got own and they took that too. Posted notes on the door no smoking will charge 50 cents per cigarette, but people should use ashtrays it's disgusting to throw them on the ground where people live. This was 2019 Ii believe, not sure who manages it now."

"This place is awful it doesn't look like the pictures at all. The swimming pool has only been usable 1 month last summer and close for 2 summers before that. It also has bed bugs and roaches. The doors on cabinets are falling apart and smells bad."

"The apartments have become a very nice place to live. New management has improved these apartments very much. I would suggest these apartments to anyone. Still loving our apartment, nice place to live. Management is always on top of anything that may need replacing. Would recommend to anyone."

"They are remodeling these apartments and they are looking great. The management team is awesome and will go above and beyond to handle any issue you may have, I know this firsthand. The owner is putting a lot of money and care into this place and it shows. Keep up the great work and you will have many good residents in the future."
