Lastly, let's give a shoutout to the property manager. Eric does an amazing job maintaining the property and ensuring everything runs smoothly. His dedication and hard work truly make a difference in creating a pleasant living experience for everyone."

"The Cottages are so nice and well-maintained. It's always super clean and quiet. Eric is amazing at running the property and making sure all the tenants are taken care of. It is near a nice park that has walking trails and open fields so anyone with pets would enjoy that for sure. If you are considering this as your next home, just do it! You won't regret it."

"The Cottages is a fantastic place to live. Eric is an amazing landlord who is extremely receptive and courteous. Maintenance was very fast and always came within 2 hours of us calling (example, our washing machine broke and they came and switched it out same day). We had wonderfully friendly neighbors and its great to live right next to Ben Geren Park. Quiet place to live! (We are to understand that there are also community functions, but since we lived here during covid, those were nonexistent). Only cons to this place is that if you're anything taller than 5 and a half feet, the shower heads are too low and the drains can run a little slow (tho, apparently that was fixable, we really should have called it in). Your security deposit goes towards a final clean and carpet steaming after you move out (so you don't need to wash baseboards when you're already moving and stressed, basically). Highly recommend!"

"This is great because of Charlotte and her commitment to the residents here and great customer service. She is leaving to another place tomorrow. Very sad. It will probably have a terrible impact on this property and it’s success. She makes it what it is. Clean safe and quiet. Everyone loves her and her great customer service. PleAse don’t let her go"
