Nellie in the front office is exceptional and always nice and willing to help and answer questions when anything comes up. If you’re looking for an apartment call and ask for Nellie she will help in anyway she can."

"Price wise it's a good range even with a pet. But the apartment when I moved in wasn't cleaned. There is mold in the cabinets and I found a dead roach skin in a cabinet above my fridge. The kitchen appliances were new and nice tho. There are also a lot of stray cats in the area and will attack you and your dog if you get too close to them. It's happened to me twice now. They don't run like normal cats would. Most are black so they are hard to see at night if you are out walking your dog. I've also had issues with 3rd party places like for pest control come around and if I don't answer will just be let in by maintenance. Happened to me while I was in the shower and I had to shout at them to get out. There was no warning in the monthly new letters sent out and I didn't receive an email letting me know an estimated day. I've since got extra locks put on so when I'm home they can't just come in."
