Condescending blonde lady. Will never be going here again. Update: gave this place one more shot. Still horrible don’t go here."

"On 27th March 10th Dr.Ali at Park nicollet Roger's was supposed to do newborns fallow up accessiment on my baby but didn't happen just because iwas 10mins late.I don't know if she understands the struggle of getting ready after birth then getting your baby for the first time check up how tressful is it ,she just sends you away to come back another day. Please doctors try to be very flexible for especially first day for newborns fallow up check up. No need to so cruel!!!!"

"This was a few months back, but I remember the lady at the front desk had blonde hair. She was nice to us at first, but the minute we said we did not have an appointment, she was incredibly rude and condescending to my father and me the whole time. We were only trying to get my doctor to sign an immunization form for the university I will be attending. We have been going to this Park Nicollet my whole life. When she took the forms from us and went to talk to the nurse, we could hear her speaking with a condescending tone to the nurse. She then came back and said there was nothing she could do and had no problem making us drive to a further clinic for this simple task. If I was not moving to another state, I would not come back here. Usually, the staff at Park Nicollet clinics are friendly and accommodating, but I cannot recommend this particular clinic to anyone."
