"I recently went there for a dermaplane treatment with a mini facial. My face has never felt so soft. The people there are so friendly and it is very clean vs some of the other places I have tried. Highly recommend Kristy for services as she understood what I needed and took great care of me."
"I usually do not write reviews but I had to because anytime i look at my face i get very upset. I gave it a 2 star only because my first experience was phenomenal. Everyone was pleasant and Camile took her time with my face. My main concern was hyper pigmentation and i felt so fulfilled and content after leaving. My face was glowing and I was happy. My 2nd visit was with Jennifer i believe. She was also very pleasant but my service was poor. I left the facials feeling like i wasted my money and time. My husband also had to comment. It felt like nothing was done. Right after that visit i broke up terribly like i have never. I went again the 3rd time asking for Camil but I was told she left. I spoke to the lady in charge about my concerns and she got me the owner who stated that she would use exactly what Camil used on me to avoid any irritation. Just so we are clear, all these visits were hydrofacials and they are not cheap. The 3rd time was even worst in regards to service. This service usually take an hr ish. It was completed exactly 31mins and she didnt use nothing Camil used in the past. The only thing that was done was extraction in my Opinion nothing else. I got into my car and was very upset. I am still battling with the acne scars, and even constant break out. I guess they are not trained for melanin skin. If u are black please look elsewhere."
