"I had some issues with my appointment/mychart, but the staff there went above and beyond for me to make what they could happen given the circumstances, and they absolutely did not have to. Their service completely nullified the "bumps in the road" we had for me from my perspective. My doctor also went above and beyond! He was completely realistic with me, answered any and all of my questions and also seemed to be a very relatable guy. Not once during my visit did I feel that he or any of the staff weren't taking my experiences seriously and that's awesome."

"I have lived in the area for 10 months and have repeatedly made appointments in advance, but they are almost always calling to reschedule me last minute. I just had yet another appointment cancelled on me today even though I scheduled it almost 2 months ago. Your health and your time are not priorities at this clinic. I always choose Fairview, but I'd rather drive an hour to a different location than be cancelled on 3+ times in less than a year at the Elk River location."

"Dear Fairview - please quit over promising services and wait time. Your docs and supporting staff are stretched to max. Many are leaving. Better to be honest about services so people can plan around things… patients need to work to. Stop the Stanford merger and work on what you got. We get it, you are under staffed so stop the “promises” if they are simply not realistic."

"I have been fighting a sinus infection for 6 weeks now, this is my second time coming in since I now have bronchitis to go with it. I called this morning to get an appointment,the lady on the phone was so courteous and had the sweetest voice she got me in a few hours with Dr.Jacob Reichert whom was amazing he was so patient and thorough took time to go over all medications he was very confident when explaining everything to me. I love everything about this clinic from the front desk person Diana celebrating her 20 years there. All the nurses, lab and xray over the 16 years I have been coming here you get to know them. I was always treated as a person and listened to at all appointments. My daughters used to see Dr. Larson till they turned 18. My primary Dr.Tori Christiaansen all wonderful Doctors. Highly recommended this clinic to anyone. If I could I would give them 10 stars."

"Should never have gone to this clinic based on the horrible reviews. Waited an hour before the doctor saw my daughter despite us being one of the first appointments of the day. We were charged for things we aren't even sure were diagnosed correctly. And of course billing was no help! Stay away from this clinic. There are better places to take your children."
