"The Cottages have approximately 19 units. They are older yet, as rents go, affordable. Especially for those on fixed incomes. There is a laundry room. Pet friendly. And large dumpster. The Cottages is conveniently located and within easy walking distances of schools, most businesses, churches and grocery stores. There is no waiting list. I lived there for 2 years and recommend it."
