"I went out there on Thursday to pick up an application for someone. The office door was locked due to training according to a sign on the door. On my way out, there are two big dumpsters in the middle section out in the open. I have NEVER seen so much trash in my life. It was so full and piled up that it was overflowing and trash bags were on the ground because no more could fit in either dumpster. Giving you the benefit of the doubt because you can't control that people have so much trash. However, what you can do is at least enclose the dumpsters! No one should have to pass all that trash walking to their car or anywhere out there for that matter. It's too hot for all that plus the heat only helps it smell worse! It was disgusting!"
"nothing new in the part. Workers are never on time, inside of apartments are falling apart neighbors had bedbugs and roaches and now we have the roach problem, can't wait to move, lots of racist near the part area and children have guns"
"Thank you for everything. When I needed a place to stay after being displaced, they helped me get into these apartments. It's a blessing to have a roof over your head than to live in transitional living or out in the streets. I'm moving to better things knowing that this place was a stater to help me get there. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you."
"We used to live there several years ago, it was ok, no carpet when we lived there, but maintenance was good. We lived upstairs on the back side & you could raise your windows at night & get the cool breeze in, that was nice, & we had a great view of Kimmons Ranch & the pond, kinda like living in the country, lots of space outside for kids to roam & play. We got in a fight as kids at the playground, but we were not the aggressors, we were swinging on the swings & these little bitty kids came up & started beating on us, & we were laughing & trying to fend them off cause they were so little, we didn't get hurt."
