"I experienced some of the worst customer service I have had. The products of interest to me where located behind the counter and I did not have my glasses. Upon me inquiring about what strands of delta where in the products I was told they are all the same. Then, I pointed to two products of familiarity to me and said that one is delta 8 or 9 and the other tch 0. Then, he changed his answer that they were different. After, I asked about another. He kept pointing to the same incorrect product even though I said to the left of that one several times. Upon me trying to express my frustration so we could perhaps find a better way, he began laughing at me. This continued until I decided to take my business elsewhere. I've never left a store that upset before. Never."

"6/3/2022 ****UPDATE**** Their Regional Manger Britni replied within minutes of my review. The very next day Britni made it more than right. Didn't even know there was another location in Alma, just a few miles from where I live. This location will now have my business, thank you Britni. 6/2/2022 So earlier today at 3:30PM I stopped by this Vapor World location in Russellville to buy a new tank and coils. Walked in and young man with short blonde hair was training what appeared to be a new employee. I asked for a tank and coil for my Aegis Boost. The young man with the short blonde hair helped me and he was very nice and helpful. I actually went back to my car and brought in my Aegis Boost and showed it to him before my purchase. Purchased what I needed, spent $25.00 and left to get back on the road. I live about 65 miles west of this Vapor World location and I was in a hurry to get home. Got home and the tank does not fit. I called the store and explained the situation to the young man who answered the phone and asked him if there was a store closer to me. He basically said that won't refund or exchange mods??? I told him I brought in my boost and showed it to the young man behind the counter. I said that means I'm out $25.00??? The young man who answered the phone said, "Is there anything else I can do for you, I have a line in front me". I rarely ever do reviews, and I do not like putting businesses on blast, but this was just unacceptable. The customer service was horrible at this location. I would eat the loss but I showed him my vape before I made my purchase. It was his mistake!! Customer service is not what it use be."
