"I’ve had good encounters with most staff except for one. Karen Anderson is a nurse who works there and I have only had bad encounters with her. She just brushes off symptoms and tells you to come back if it doesn’t get better. No one wants to come back if all you did was tell them to take ibuprofen and Tylenol when they first came and not try to help. I came there to get help after things not working at home and she makes is seem like there is no solution."
