"Where do I begin!? This has been the most incredible experience from sales to installation, every encounter and experience has been beyond exceptional. My journey to clean water actually began when I waved down a Culligan delivery man at WalMart one day, because my husband and I were not pleased with the water in our (new) home. The next day Kechi was at my home going over various services and products that Culligan of Northwest Arkasnas could provide us, and spent a good hour discussing the importance of our water needs. Which we knew we wanted, but his discussion further solidified our desire to hire Culligan. Within a week Robert was in our home installing our products. Robert was met with his own obstacles when he arrived, our home is not well designed, but he didn’t let that stop him! He never complained, not once! He just kept working to resolve our water issues, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I even reached the following next day with a (personal user error) and the issue was resolved immediately, without hesitation I knew I was being taken care of. This entire team has gone above and beyond to not just engage in exceptional service and care for their customers, but they make you feel safe, comfortable, and part of their entire family.
