"My kid has so much fun here! Such a fantastic place with wonderful coaches who don’t mind using some elbow grease!"
"We had a birthday party here and it was a great experience! We scheduled the after hours private party and it was perfect for our 8 year old and his friends. The facility was clean and super fun. Those working at Flip Side were very helpful and interacted well with the kids. We brought the food and drinks. The decorations and paper goods were provided and already set up when we got there. We would definitely do it again. We haven't been to an open gym, but definitely will go at some point. My 8 and 5 year old have asked several times to go back!"
"We attended an open gym session and my son loved it. He didn't stop trying the many different obstacles and of course the wall for the entire hour. Staff were friendly and very helpful with all the kids. If we lived closer we'd definitely have him attend regular classes. Can't recommend this place enough."
"Nice place for kids to develop their ninja skills. The gym is pretty nice and full of amazing equipment. Lots of things to walk, jump and climb. I waited 2 months to get a spot in a class. My child went once per week for about 2 months. He got bored! The classes themselves are organized nicely but overall I didn’t feel like the staff were welcoming to children. Only one young man would say hi to my son. The rest of the coaches and front staff are all young and maybe not trained in dealing with children and their parents. They weren’t awful or unprofessional in the least. But If this was my business I would train my staff to greet and welcome people with some enthusiasm. The coaches all seemed to be well versed in the practice of ninja-ing and always helpful to the kids."
"This place is awesome. We brought our six and eight year old kids and the coaches were all so good to them. Throughout the open time they would rearrange things to make new obstacles which kept it interesting. Though even our youngest, aged six, had a blast the features were well suited for adults. Everything was well built and thought out. Five star all the way."
