"Found so many options for a costume here, and they were a hot! Granddaughter and I dressed up as cookies and milk and got a ton of compliments which made for incredible memories!"
"If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I usually don't ever go out of my way to leave reviews, but this was unbelievable. Upon walking into the store, my boyfriend and I immediately received dirty looks. They kept staring at us to the point to where we felt uncomfortable in the store. We only went in there to return something and they told us that they couldn't. It was literally $10. The girl that worked there even said, "usually if something doesn't fit we will return it," and the item literally didn't fit and she still wouldn't return it. We were in there the night before and were told that if it didn't fit we could return it. Not even 24 hours later they said that they had stopped doing returns on a specific date. We had to go look for stuff that we didn't even want. The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. Two of the women were rude the ENTIRE time. I ended up having to buy a beanie that I didn't even entirely want because that was the only thing in there that I was partially interested in. It is safe to say I will not be returning to the store next year or EVER again. This business has officially lost returning customers. I'm astounded that they couldn't even treat us like human beings. I don't know if I have ever been treated that poorly in a customer service setting. Not to mention, the older woman that was supposed to be "helping" us was also treating her co-workers very poorly. All I'm gonna say is, if you can't give great customer service in a customer service setting, then maybe consider retiring. Have a killer day."
"I was really looking forward to entering the store this year to find some cool costumes for a party my 60 year old aunt & I was really just looking for a broomstick costume because there is going to be a fine lookin' lady attending... she's dressing up as a witch so she'd have me between her legs, but the store didn't have one so strike 1. Strike 2, the employees kept asking me if my dad came in earlier because that guy apparently had some "juicy cakes". & Finally, some lady's kid kept following me around the store in a clown mask calling out "Daddy?" Everywhere I went...I don't even have kids. Also, the store smelled like Gouda cheese and everyone looked like they wanted to frick me."
"Second five. Bought or Not, it ought to get the Halo Weenie juices moving. Just don't put it off or the Weenie is no longer Halo and your day has become fallow. That makes the Witch.... well, just that."
