"The Locale is a great place to live especially for a new Arkansas resident. The staff does a wonderful job updating all of their residents on fun things going on around Fayetteville, and at the Locale itself! Everyone you meet on the Locale staff is so friendly. The amenities are also super nice and very well taken care of. I would strongly recommend taking a look at the Locale when trying to find your new home."

"I’ve had a great time living here! The connivence of everything is great! From the amazon hub, razorback transit right outside, and harps just a few steps away… the location is unbeatable!!! The apartments come furnished and you don’t have to worry about anything besides moving your own stuff in. The staff is always super nice and they are always hosting events at the clubhouse and giveaways! I definitely recommend."

"The locale is a great student living area! The amenities such as the patio, pool, grilling space, fire place, and gym are all amazing. It is very convenient to be less than a mile away from the university if you want to walk, and there are multiple bus stops around if you want to ride. The staff is always super nice and willing to help with anything you need! Maintenance is also always very nice and responds to request very soon. Could not have made a better choice for my first year in fayetteville!"

"Overall The Locale is great! There’s some things I don’t love, like the trash cans outside everyone’s doors, but it is convenient to simply set your trash outside your front door instead of hauling it all the way down to the large trash bin. The gym is small, though still nice with enough machines and equipment to get a good workout in. I wasn’t expecting the parking garage to be so narrow, but I understand given the space they had to work with. I do wish there were more guest parking spots though. The maintenance staff are great and usually fix problems within the same day of submitting a maintenance request. I love how the apartment comes completely furnished—it certainly saved me the hassle (and expense) of buying furniture. But the best thing about The Locale is the location… it’s unbeatable! With the option of walking to campus or taking the university bus, I don’t have to worry about getting to my classes. Plus if you’re in a pinch and don’t have anything to cook for dinner, Harps is right next door! In short, while there’s some things that aren’t my favorite, you’re going to see that at any apartment complex (that’s just part of apartment living) and the amenities at The Locale make up for it. This is a great place to live in Fayetteville!"
