"I am currently here for the night for surgery. The room is nice and clean. The 2 guys at the front were very welcoming. I wasn’t treated rudely at all. They were very accommodating when i asked for a bottom floor room. So many of these posts are negative but my experience has been pleasant."

"The guy at the desk told me his name was Daniel, but when I said hello later in the evening, he didn't respond. He wasn't very pleasant even though I tried to be as friendly as possible ..Until I mentioned I was a rewards member, and it didn't change that much. I think they are used to vagrants staying in their facilities so they aren't very nice. (Not an excuse for poor customer service). The rooms are clean, and the continental breakfast was sub-par. I only stayed 1 night, and that was enough."

"I can't remember which site I used to book online but I wasn't told until i got there that there would be a pet fee. I had sent a message when I booked about my dog, so I wish someone would have contacted me sooner. My room was not clean around baseboards and there was old used soap in the shower. Also, I was charged $50 deposit and only refunded $48. I will not use this place again. Front desk staff were nice."

"What a waste of hard earned money. The front desk man was nice and friendly, but we saw our room and it clearly wasn't cleaned. They didn't even take the time to clean the sheets. Dirty and makes me think after reading all the other reviews, if even if Super 8 headquarters cares to reprimand these owners and their staff. It looks like the person replying to all these reviews is used to saying sorry. Just be better? Paying near $100 for a room, I should have had at least a decent breakfast, but stale cornflakes, warm milk, and the prepackaged muffins were at the front desk. So many simple things could be done to make this small hotel nice, but it seems like the staff do the bare minimum, and with my first room, they didn't even do laundry."
