"do not be fooled by the rename or the rebranding. this is still the same worn down roach infested Bedford Loop it's been for 20+ years. they have not improved or added anything new to any units, yet have the audacity to raise the rent price and call it a "modern loft". what a joke. their website "photos" are FAKE and catfishing people. good luck hearing from ANYONE if you need to call them for some reason. ive lived here for a couple years and cant wait to move out!!!!"

"Don't rent here, very bad management, Mary doesn't even know how to calculate a pro-rated rent and keeps charging me late fees for nothing, wasted so much time trying to get her understood what i paid them and what i owe !!"

"This property is now owned by Wheelhouse Real Estate Management. I emailed them about a week ago with photos showing the horrible conditions that the property is in and have not received a response. They should not be posting these apartments. When I arrived for my scheduled viewing, no one was there, and I had to call and wait for someone to drive to the property. The manager who arrived did not have the right keys for the units, and we had to wait for maintenance to let us in. The property is covered in trash. It's along the fence line, in front of the units, in the bushes, around the trees, and under the stairs. The buildings are covered in dirt, and there are holes everywhere in the siding. One of the buildings is tagged with spray paint. The cabinets and drawers are expanded and frayed due to extensive water damage. There are damages that are covered in contact paper. The second unit that I went into had cabinets and drawers that were covered in thick green mold. The units I was shown were considered "updated/renovated". When I first applied, the unit was listed for $645, and the next day they had increased it to $675. The contract is full of very strict rules, there are additional fees for "landlord insurance" and "admin fees". Unlike most properties, water, trash, and gas are not included in the rent, so the units are closer to the $700 range. They are renting out hazardous apartments high above their value for future renovations. This is the worst property I have ever seen in my life. I cannot post this without selecting at least one star unfortunately."

"Tina in the office was wonderful and friendly! She showed me a place quickly and was willing to answer all my questions! However these apartments are most definitely not as advertised. The area is more run down than the photos show. And the rooms are darker and older than they appear to be in photos. I was excited about this place and was let down pretty quickly upon arriving. Office smelled like smoke and the room that was showed to me had toilet paper on the stairs walking up to it and had a weird unpleasant smell."

"Great staff...super loving and very friendly. Latia gave me a tour of the apartment and showed me amenities as well as answered any questions I had. She waited for me to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Apartments were being painted so I know they are working on renovating and fixing apartments. Very happy I stopped by and talked to the staff. Thanks for all the help."
