"I previously had a very negative experience with past ownership due to the condition of the apartment, rent increase, & pest issue but can tell this new company is really making the efforts to improve quality of living at the Avenue. They do routine pest control & maintenance & are very good about notifying tenants when there will be an outage of some sort. Manager Alicia is very understanding & will work with you where needed. I recommended reading through your lease throughly and touring the apartment prior to renting to ensure everything is as needed/expected."

"Management is fishing for good reviews. I have a chance to win a 58 inch TV because I left this review. It doesn't matter that their "recently" refurbished apartments are falling apart or how horrible and DANGEROUS the community is. Or how the unethical they treat disabled/elderly renters. THEY don't want you to know the truth. THEY just want your money! Edit: needed to also state that they cater to illegal aliens. Imagine being a disabled United States veteran and being declined a home to illegal aliens. We had already paid our deposit. We had to fight them to get our deposit back. O and. If you read the other comments you'll see Blaine is mentioned. Blaine was part the management that took over after the issue with our deposit. Blaine no longer works there. They have new new management. Three management changes in a short time period. That right there should speak volumes"

"The Apartment looks lovely! It is very nicely decorated and looks very cozy! Would very recommend if you are a family or moving in with friends! And the counter-tops are REALLY nice!! Everything in the Apartment is amazing. Me and my daughters which are twins, they always would complain about it being too hot in their room, so when we saw the ceiling fans, they was so happy. And it is a very easy access to the apartments. And at the open house the customer service was really nice. But I'm giving 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I recently toured the property. The staff was really friendly and professional. Blaine - The Site Manager - made us feel already at home. The new management has done a great job of having premium units, with new flooring, new kitchens, new bathrooms, lighting and more!! The unit we toured will have a fenced backyard - great for privacy and safety -."

"The change of ownership has been great. Things are now being taken care of and we can enjoy the community. They are adding fenced in yards for privacy which will be amazing once completed. Definitely give it a tour if your looing in the area!"
