"❗️do not even think about moving here❗️Everything is moldy and has water damage. I called maintenance to come fix my washer, my dryer, my air conditioning, etc. and all I got told by the Maintenance man Was “oh yeah I live here too and mine are the same way” when my dishwasher wouldn’t even allow soap to escape the soap compartment!!! Also was told they would come “finish scraping the popcorn ceiling and finish cleaning” which never happened EITHER!! Far from a clean friendly professional environment! I encourage you to keep looking!"

"DO NOT RENT HERE! I broke my lease early and they told me I had until the 28th of January to vacate. I moved to another city and came back the weekend of the 26th to move my stuff out only to find the locks changed. When I called to see what was up they told me they had moved someone else in because I wasn’t there. They said they had a right to do so because there was no food of clothes in the apartment. THIS IS A LIE... I did have food in the fridge and cabinets. Worst of all, the maids “threw away” my $100 sleeping bag, my new boots, my text book, my mattress, my brand new knives, and my food. But oh, they saved my fishing poles because they thought I might “want them”. Of course I didn’t get my deposit back and a debt collecter is calling about the $1400 I now owe for breaking the lease! Go find resedence elsewhere. Lindsay properties is the company name to avoid. In summary: I payed my last month and they moved me out early without telling me. They “threw away” my nice stuff that I really needed. They are billing me $1400 for my departure They categorically lied about there not being food in the apartment so they’re could move someone else in and “throw” my stuff away. And btw there are tons of cobwebs You’re welcome in advance for the fair warning from a naive renter."
