"Came in as a prospective resident to view my future lease transfer options and Valley Lake/Crossover Terrace was my first and last stop! The community director Elisa was extremely welcoming, down to earth, and informative. Although older and dated, the apartments and grounds are well-kept and the model she had for us to view was downright adorable. I’m very excited to get on the waiting list!"

"I’ve lived here a couple of months and so far it’s been great. Every maintenance need has been met and with quick response time. Clean, nice neighbors, great pool. Everyone in the office has been nothing but kind and helpful. I have no complaints."

"Love our home! This apartment complex is now under new management by a man named Larry who is a BLESSING! There is also a new maintenance man who knows what he’s doing!! Praises! There is also a new remodeled gym which looks very sharp and pleasant to visit and get your sweat on! The apartments are finally getting remodeled like they should have been by old management (but weren’t). Lindsey has gone beyond with this new crew they will do anything in their power to help you and my husband and I appreciate them so much! Definitely recommend this place to be your new home! My husband and I have been here for almost three years and we love it now better than ever before! ❤️ Also after reading reviews I would like to say; utilities are not high! If anything below average this place is super worth the price! ❤️"

"Could not express my appreciation and relief anymore than this review. My wife and I had a few issues with our place. Larry was very nice to go to and talk to about our situation and took very good care of us within an hour. We have been here for two years and this is the best I have ever had it out here!
