"These people called me a week before what would have been my scheduled appointment, and I was confused because I thought Meredith talked to my doctor and they agreed that my Dr would take over so I called and the receptionist confirmed the appointment, the day before! Then the day of, she calls and has the the nerve to snap at me like I did something wrong. I'm so thankful that I record my phone calls. This time the blame falls on them. And that receptionist should be fired for how she treats patients. Her job is to answer phones, schedule appointments and file papers, not sure where she gets off treating people like she does. BIG THUMBS DOWN!"
