"DO NOT RENT HERE! believe me when i tell you atmosphere apartments are the worst apartments in fayetteville. location isn’t even worth all the horrible qualities of this apartment complex. if i could give negative 5 starts i would. the problems never end, spare urself. management is subpar, people are the front desk are subpar, amenities are subpar, and they oversell on parking spots and tow your car when they put you on the waiting list. DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"The best man at this facility was fired. Jared was the most amazing property manager to ever exist. He was kind and the most helpful property manager to ever exist. He saved my life when I could not feed or water myself after an injury. When my roomates prevented me from eating. He found me a safe and wheelchair accessible apartment to be able to survive and waved the fee. AND THESE IDIOTS DECIDED TO FIRE HIM OVER THE LIES OF MICHEAL. Micheal is the son of a manager who couldn't find a way to progress in management so he joined maintenance to find a way to get up, even though his mother was in management. He lied about Jared's performance and slandered him so he could advance. JARED SHOULD BE REINSTATED AND PROMOTED!!! HE IS AN AMAZING MAN WHO MADE MY LIFE SURVIVABLE AT THE WORST TIME. The managers at this company are clueless and don't realize when they have it good because of nepotism. Shameful."

"Don’t live here. The gym is extremely unsanitary. Fire alarm goes off atleast once every two weeks. Probably the worst place to live near University of Arkansas. Everything in my apartment has broken atleast once and ALL the doors stay unlocked so there is no safety here. Random people get into our gym and harass the people who LIVE here. Terrible."

"Do not live here!! Literally the only good thing is location. First off, your car will probably get broken into and they won't care or add cameras/gate because they are cheap and lazy. Next, we were assigned an apartment with a balcony that we never asked for which wasn't a big deal, but now they decided that they are charging us $25 a month for it. when we never wanted it. There's always messes in the hallways that stay there for days. Also, for some reason they sent out an email at the beginning of the year saying there was no guest parking this year, yet the front office is giving out guest parking passes for multiple days, for FREE, to people who do not live here. There is not enough parking spaces for the residents that pay to live here already, but they let people who do not live here park for free. Also, employees and former employees thinking it is funny and making jokes when residents have valid concerns is gross. Jared was the only enjoyable person that worked here but now he's gone so it'll probably continue to get worse. Also all the good reviews being from employees is embarrassing."

"I love Jared! He’s so very helpful! I’ve had a few problems in my apartment with the AC and he personally installed the backup. He’s been keeping up with our maintenance and making sure our apartment is up to pair. Best property manager ever!"
