"Really unsatisfied with our experience today. After driving 20min & then waiting over 20min (in 100 degree weather), we needed to leave this office. When I called (because there was no one at front desk when we came in or left) to notify them, the response was “oh. ok.” I absolutely understand things come up, but I don’t feel we were treated well. It would have been as simple as giving me a heads up you’re running behind or “I’m sorry” after the fact. I was happy to let it go, but I later received a voicemail from Dr Alex extending an “apology” saying “we can’t do anything about the weather, I’m sorry you had your kids with & too bad you couldn’t come to an earlier offered appointment.” As a small business owner myself, I’m quite shocked at being treated so poorly."
"Amazing clinic. I drove two hours to bring my cat for a tail amputation surgery. Every where close to me was trying to charge me triple, at minimum, of what it cost to get it done at buckingham. I am considering driving my dogs here for their yearly check ups, just because I was so pleased with the service, and I feel like they actually care about animals at this clinic! Love them!!!"
