"I am an elderly disabled person who had a fall. I made it to Alexandria Clinic Express Care with my walker. Was told someone could see me at 4:00. It was noon. Luckily my physicians nurse was nearby and took me to my primary doctor, who got me right in. Xray showed fractured clavicle, hematoma, and bloody hand. I would recommend my Dr. Butanis to anyone. She is very caring and an excellent provider. As for the Express Care, never again and of course I DO NOT recommend them to anyone."
