"What a waste of money. 6 months of therapy, nothing changed. Except my pocket book is lighter. Nothing like profiting under the guise of "helping people." They gave me an unexperienced, in training therapist. A therapist that failed to gain my trust and progress my level of treatment. A therpist that wasn't engaged in my treatment. WHERE did my money go to? What exactly did I get out of this? I won't name names. What can I say, I'm disappointed in such a terrible excuse for what Solutions calls "Therapy." TIME and MONEY that I sacrificed for MY well-being. Never again."
"I had my psychological evaluation and I was supposed to see a specific psychologist, but after a few sessions, I found out that she was leaving. I also had a therapist to manage my medications, but out of the blue, she was gone and the only one they have is Dr. Steven Meek in SD! I don't like Telehealth appointments when it comes to my psychiatric care. He has not ordered any blood tests that I am supposed to have every few months to make sure everything is within normal limits because they help determine if my medications are working properly. My medical records are available for him to see my history."
