"The staff were all very nice to me but then when it came to the Dr., I wasn’t so lucky. He seems as if though he has no people skills whatsoever. He never even said hi or how’s your day or anything. He just did his tasks as a Dr. and left it at that. I felt as if though I was a burden to him and just felt totally unwelcome. I will not be going back here again!"

"Worst experience I have ever had getting a prescription filled and getting glasses. I've been to see James Connelly twice for prescriptions (two years apart), both times they were wrong and have cost me multiple trips back. The first time I chalked it up to an over-site, now it has become a reoccurring pattern. On top of the prescription being wrong, this time around the workers in front entered in the prescription incorrectly into the order for my lenses - not once, but TWO TIMES. I will never go back to this business again. My prescription is as simple as it gets, a single sight pair of glasses and another with bifocals. I'll just go pay out of pocket for a new prescription somewhere else. Yes, I will pay to avoid them at this point."
