"I went in to have my bi-annual Dept of Transportation (DOT) physical done. Normally the cost is $70-$100 according to which provider one goes to. The receptionist at Essentia 7 day clinic quoted me $100, the high end in our area. I paid the $100 for my physical, then a week later was billed for more money. They itemized services to $90 for the physical and $27 for the urinalysis totaling $117. So I was billed $17 more. Essentia in DL charges $17 more than Sanford Occupational Health in Fargo and $42 more than the chiropractic clinics in both DL and Fargo. I won't be using Essentia again unless it's an emergency."

Almost cut my little finger off and after a stop at the ER in Perham they said it would be around $1500. I then went to 7- Day and was able to walk right in to a room with friendly staff and they had me stitched up in 30 minutes and on my way for $120. My other experience was the same. 5 star!"

"Just tried to go in to get my son treated for pink eye. They say they're open at 9am seven days a week. It's currently 10:40 and the doors locked, no ones there. Now I have to drive an hour to Fargo since essentia clinic isn't open yet. Thanks a lot for the hassle 7 day clinic!"
