"We had incredible service today.... 12/17/23 we drove from St.Cloud stopping in Monticello both had 125 gallon aquariums that were damaged. The individual cashier-525278 (if that recognizes her) was simply amazing .... so positive and helpful!"

"PetSmart is fun to go to but doesn't have a lot of good options. Most of the stuff they sell, if you do your research isn't that good for dogs and the stuff that is, is insanely high priced compared to other pet stores"

"Visited today to look for some Christmas items for my cat. They had a ton of stuff there and had lots of birds and creatures that would make some great Xmas gifts. Who wouldn't want a scorpion or tarantula or maybe a Bird or Guinea pig?"

"We have attended puppy training classes through PetSmart Monticello with Trainer Sam for weeks. Unbelievable! Eleven years ago, we paid ~$2,000 to train our older dog to walk, sit, and lay down. Paying less than a couple hundred dollars, our puppy is better trained than our older dog! Sam is amazing at training "us" to train our puppy. She is kind, creative, patient with our puppy and us, and definitely a dog-lover. She has offered suggestions that help our two dogs get along better--and they worked! We never thought we could get past that difficult puppy stage, but, with Sam's help, we are having fun and loving our puppy! We are grateful to Sam for helping us enjoy our puppy."

"They do excellent grooming there. I have brought my mini pom there 3 times and have never been disappointed. Prices could be a little lower or a special like bring in your pet 5 times get 6th one free."
