"This is my second time using them for drug testing for my program at NDSU. Both times I had to call to get my drug test results because they were mailed to the wrong place. Also, be prepared to wait. I had an appointment, got there 10 minutes early, and still had to sit in the waiting room for about 50 minutes. One of the receptionists was also very loud and unprofessional."

"I had a 9:30 lab appointment. I live 1 hour and 15 minutes away and I drove in a snow storm to get there. BUT, because I was 10 minutes late, they told me that my labs could not be drawn. Reception was rude and did care to check with the lab staff and wouldn't take into consideration the distance and weather I had to drive in to get here. I honestly feel like my whole day was wasted and now the start date of my employment might be pushed back over being 10 minutes late to an appointment."

"This place is terrible! Must be the only place in town to get a pre employment drug screen done. Had an appointment at 11am and was seen roughly at 11:50am. To make matters worse the nurses used my middle name for my last name when sending off the specimen to be tested. Called them now two days telling them my livelihood is on the line and it needs to be fixed today and all I get is we put it in the notes for the nurse. Today I called them twice, my employer has reached out to them too and this time it’s we’re going to email the director and have them look into it and handle it. Totally unacceptable to begin with. These are nurses whose job is to make sure they’re labeling patient specimens correctly. God forbid it were anything else that we’re am emergency. Thank god I’m leaving Fargo soon. Sanford Health is a JOKE!"

"First I will say that everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Other than that, the experience was pretty awful. I went here for a pre-employment drug screen and physical ability test. I had an appointment and made sure to drink a bunch of fluids before arriving so I could pee. I actually really had to go when I arrived and was disappointed that they first wanted me to do the physical ability test. Having to pee so bad made it quite uncomfortable but I made it through. Then, when I went back to the office they had me take a seat and wait.. and wait.. and wait.. I waited 1.5 hours. I was about to throw in the towel and reschedule because I was so uncomfortable when, FINALLY, they called my name. What is the point of even having an appointment if you can't get all the scheduled tasks completed at the time of the appointment? I'd recommend peeing before you arrive and drink a bottle of water while you wait up to 2 hours."
