"The last 2 times I've been to this Emergency Room, I had an emergency. I told them my boyfriend was about to have a seizure, but they made us wait in the waiting room anyway. He had one in the waiting room and in the hallway leading back to the emergency room. His seizures could have been prevented with timely action but they weren't despite my pleas. Ativan was also never administered despite that being the primary course of action for his care. I have to demand the staff give it to him every time. He suffers a lot pain every time he has a seizure. Due to the carelessness of the staff and inability to realize the seriousness of the situation, my boyfriend will continue to suffer when he has his next seizure. Unfortunately we don't have better options in Grand Forks."
