"Absolutely terrible treatment and procedure performed by the DR Timothy P McDonald. He refused to listen to me when I told him the medication he was prescribing me, I was allergic to! He refused to change it, even argued with 3 of the Nurses on staff for his gross misconduct and absolute tyranny. My family and I waited in the ER Room for 3.5 hours only to be treated in such a poor manner by Timothy P McDonald, for him to prescribe me the very thing which I CANNOT have, to argue with me and the Nurses, and to NOT fix the situation. His reasoning is "well I already wrote the prescription so I cannot change it now". So at 2am I had to go to another Emergency room an hour away because Timothy P McDonald literally screwed me and my family over in a big way. He is a menace and should no longer be allowed to perform under license. I will be contacting an attorney over this since noone at the Patient Relations seems to want to rectify this serious matter. This is the second time he has done this to me, and others that were in the Emergency room with us on 7-22-2023."
"What a wonderful birth experience we had! We have a large family with 9 children from 4 different hospitals. This was by far the best experience we have had to date. The staff were phenomenal. From the beginning arriving they left every decision up to me. They never did anything without my permission whether it be a cervix check or IV, etc. when we arrived they asked us our opinion on vitamin K shot, antibiotic ointment in eye, hep B vaccine, circumcision, etc and wrote what we wanted and did not want on the whiteboard so everyone entering new our needs. They asked what medications I would prefer after birth and never pushed any vaccines. This was the first birth I have had in a hopsital setting that didn't make me Labor on my back. Even with an epidural they allowed me to try different positions to get baby in the right position. They offered a Dr or a midwife whichever I preferred. Nurses are 1:1 ratio for labor patients so our nurse was like a doula advocating for me and helping me along the way. They allow all moms that want to one hour of skin to skin before doing anything else. All tests, baths whatever you want done is done in room baby never leaves your side. Even in post partum the nurses didn't intervene with mommy and baby bonding and if we were sleeping they came back later. I wanted to get home to my other children fairly quickly so right at my 24 hour mark they discharged me. Dr and pediatrician actually wrote My discharge papers up earlier in the morning so we could leave as soon as possible. Center Care Birthing center is like going to a birthing center but with the options of hospital related medicines to help you out. I highly recommend them!"
"Absolutely wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy makes sense why the hosptial has such a bad review for the remainder of the hospital after a totally normal pregnancy no complications during birth this hosptial will try to keep you longer and longer to rack the bill up with no explanation besides that’s when people take their rounds god forbid you ask for a discharge policy and the nurse will respond I don’t think we have one what a joke!"
