"I sent in a picture of the shower and called to confirm it was a shower insert with Chris I wanted a safety bar installed for my mother in the shower. We purchased bars and then scheduled the installation Lucas was not able to find a clear signal on where the stud was and where we wanted the bar. All agreed not to drill holes in the shower insert Lucas then installed 2 nine inch bars. While I could have installed these two bars, it wasn’t fair to company not to pay for service call Company policy consideration in future When you know the shower is an insert, recommend the non drill bars, glued on and send the customer the link to order them"
