"The Morris Park Players (who?) might have a marketing problem, but they sure don't have a talent problem. My wife stumbled across them a few weeks ago, and we saw them do The Producers last night at Edison High School in NE Minneapolis. This venue was actually a pretty comfortable environment to watch the show, but it sounds like this is the last year that this theater group is using the high school. Great show that didn't break the bank! The actors - leads and ensemble alike - and musicians were all consistently great, the set design was impressive, and the audience was clearly into the show. We are just *very* casual theatergoers, but we enjoyed this show substantially more than the last shows we saw recently (at the Orpheum and Brave New Workshop, and these were still good shows). Great job, thanks for the experience, and hope to see your next show, wherever you end up putting it on."
