"Dr. James Natwick did not listen to my symptoms and what I have done to treat them already. I addressed that I thought it might be Plantar Fasciitis since I had it when I was younger and laid out very clearly in my scheduling notes that I have tried orthotics, stretching, new shoes, night braces, etc. Upon entering the room, he spent at most 2 minutes examining my foot, pushing on it checking for pain (Only one area that is NOT related to the plantar facia hurt) He then said he thinks it's plantar fasciitis and hands me a copy of a brochure, that's been copied so many times you can barely read it, about how to treat it. He also suggested a heel cup, which caused such immense pain the next day and I have not warn it since, and to go buy some $150 Haflinger Clogs from Schuler Shoes to wear around the house. Everything in the brochure is the stuff I have been doing for the last 3 months with no symptom relief. He did not listen to my symptoms, he did not listen to what I have done myself, and most importantly, he did not treat me as an individual. I am VERY dissatisfied with my visit and his level of care. The Check-in desk lady and the nurse were both very nice and helpful however. The clinic itself could use a lot more signage and wayfinding aids as it's very uncleared where to go."

"I really enjoy going to this U of M location. They have lots of parking spaces available. It's easy to get into and wait is minimal. The imaging staff is above exceptional. I do a lot of doctors/health professional appointments. This is the best service I have gotten anywhere I have been. Make sure you have the 'My Chart' app. to alert you of any changes. I highly recommend going to this site."
