"This escape room was super fun! Took my wife as a surprise for 30th birthday. Dalton was who took care of us and he has the most excellent customer service! Couldn't ask for a more positive and fun person to be working up there/guiding customers though the process. Escape Hot Springs and Dalton were awesome! "Such a great time in Hot Springs! Our game master was Dalton, and he was enthusiastic/very knowledgeable from the time we called to book until we walked out the door 2 hours later after our escape room was done. Another plus was this escape room has a practice wall before you go into the actual escape room so beginners can have an idea of what to expect before getting started. We highly recommend Escape Hot Springs if you are looking for an indoor activity to top off your day! We plan on stopping in next time we are in town for sure!"
