"I needed to have surgery to remove my gallbladder. This was my fist major surgery and to be honest I was very nervous about the whole thing. When I got to the hospital the nurses were all very kind and compassionate. They explained the whole process and answered any questions I had. The anesthesiologist and surgeon were really approachable and helped me understand what recover would be like. After the surgery the nurses were by my side and helped me with everything from sitting up to drinking water. They really made me feel cared for. For my first surgery this was better then what I could have asked for."

"Waiting for husband to be seen , was told only 1 person in front of him , still waiting after they have called 3 other people who came in after us. Possible pneumonia, having hard time breathing. Unacceptable."
"I walked in needing a second mammogram done, I was nervous, but the staff were all amazing. From the front desk at check-in to the nurse, mammogram technician, they all made me feel at ease. I ended up needing an ultrasound as well since they found something. She was just as sweet and professional. Next came in the doctor. He looked at the ultrasound as well. I was then told I needed a biopsy and they could get me in that day because of a cancelation. The doctor looked at me and said, "Then you don't have to wait and worry about it." Off we went to the next room, as of now I'm very nervous and again they nurse and Doctor were calming and very informative. My experience was unbelievably pleasant considering my circumstances. The hospital staff went above all my expectations. Thanks, and keep up the quality work you all do. Update biopsy was not cancer"
"This place looks and feels like a deserted Soviet era military base. There was almost no signage for the vaccine appointments. I was directed to 3 different places when I asked where the vaccination section was. They of course had a $0.25 a piece tampon/pad dispenser like it was 1982."
