"Horrible wait time (WAY longer than the typical dr's office wait). VERY inconsiderate of their patients!! UPDATE: ALSO, I just had another horrible experience with their scheduling department!! I spoke to a LeAnn to reschedule an appointment and she was VERY rude and unprofessional!!"

"The nurses here are phenomenal. There are some really great doctors, but the doctor I had during my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum failed me. My doctor pushed for me to pump and supplement with formula when I said I wanted to solve my breastfeeding problem. Guess what? The lip and tongue tie I thought my baby had and my doctor and their breastfeeding nurse said she didn't have? It was there. Took her to a child dentist and the dentist found it immediately, it was reversed, and I was able to breast feed my baby a year and 2 months. I had brought up this concern multiple times and it was ignored. My post partum visit? Told my doctor I was in a place I couldn't be happy. She told me "There are people worse off than you". I felt HORRIBLE leaving that office. I ended up finding a new doctor and he diagnosed me with PPD. He also has heard about my previous doctor's concerns from my old doctor and he said all of my kid's growth concerns were resolved from the lip and tongue tie reversal. The nurses are fantastic here, but the doctor I had. I will never go to her again."

"I had to go to the ER for a strep outbreak and my newborn nephew had the worst yeast outbreak I’ve ever seen in my life!!!!! I was having a horrible sick week. We drove an hour away to an urgent care. Only to have to turn around and come to the Fairview ER. I’m so glad we did!!!!! They had me swabbed and tested by the time I was done with triage. (Under 30 minutes) We had a room not 10minutes later, the doctor was so kind and caring when handling my nephew!!! I felt like the worst Auntie ever his skin was so rough…. The doctors prescribed him some anti-fungal and made some great recommendations for preventative care. They even sent him home with a little Froggy who now resides on the side of the crib keeping him safe."

"I must say when it comes to fertility and staying in touch with clients and being cost effective this is NOT the place to go to . With average insurance I payed $800 after a blood and urine sample. And had to reach out first on the results after it had been a week. Doctor Tyler Lewandowski being very young doesn’t seem to have the experience of reaching out to customers. THEN I reach out again and have another question. He was out of office (being a doctor and making that kind of money off me is most likely a hard job so time off is nice) and he is to be back 4/25. All day and no reply. Then on 4/26 I reach out first thing in the morning and am waiting for an answer. Come 4 pm 4/26 I say screw it . I’ll pay my bill and will never go back here unless it is with Dr Matushin whom is the only reason I drive 45 minutes to a doctor instead of local because he stays in touch and is amazing. But doctor Lewandowski just blew it as incompetent and costly !"

"Waited months for my son to get into physical therapy. When the appointment finally came, he had gotten a positive covid test. I followed the cdc guidelines, isolating him for 5 days after onset or symptoms. This appointment was on day 6. I did not cancel because I assumed it was ok to go to the appointment. 15 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start, someone came out and informed us that he couldn't attend his appointment because of his positive covid result. He had a 30 minute meltdown in the hallway, during that time a staff tried 'helping' but was totally rude and made it sound like it's my fault for not knowing the covid policy, even though it was my first time being there and they never said anything about it in the multiple emails and voice-mails I got about the appointment. There was no screening to see if we were sick or anything either. I drove 45 minutes to get there and I took off school and my son (who is autistic) missed his important therapy. I will not be going back. This could have all been avoided by informing us of the policy before our appointment, even screening when we got there. Any number of things."
