Took him in to his dr when we got home and they did find an issue that needed to be addressed. Called back for test results later and receptionist told me they don’t have time to deal with it. Not sure if it’s staffing issues or something else going on."

I got excellent care from the moment I stepped in the hospital - pre-op, post op, and all the nursing care during my 24-hour stay. "I went here around early October of 2018 to see about my surfer's ear; everything in general was fine until I met with a doctor that looked like he should be working at some auto shop. Instead of actually checking it out, he decided to have a "mental evaluation" and had me take a test. Although he discussed my results, all he did was give me painkillers for my ear and give a follow-up date. A few days later, I told the receptionist that I had an appointment with him. She leaves to check and it turned out that he wouldn't be in until after [that] Halloween. Though that was a cheap move of him, least my issue was cured."
