The staff was professional, courteous, kind, helpful and most importantly they communicated regularly to make sure that everything was going well during the event. It is so nice to see that people really care about what they do but also the people they interact with. As of late I've seen a marked drop in professionalism but the staff really exemplifies what true professionalism really is.
