"Previous reviewer: When you try to call, you must wait in a call-center queue just to request to be transferred to the clinic. I spent 11 minutes on the phone waiting, and when the clinic finally answered, they hung up on me. My experience was worse than this previous reviewer. I waited on hold for almost an hour. I decided I'd just drive there and make an appointment, but stayed on the line, on hold. While I was standing at the appointment desk with literally over one hour of wait time recorded on my cell phone, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me."

"I always seem to have terrible service here. Seem like they just try to get through everyone as fast as they can and not care for your health as much. I would recommend going to the essentia health inside west acres for better care!"

"The staff at the registration desk is very kind and helpful. One of the staff members, with purple hair (sorry, I couldn’t see your tag or catch your name!), has been so patient and kind to me when it have been at this location. Thank you for ensuring I am taken care of!"

"I was visiting from the cities and we don't have Essentia here, unfortunately. This was the closest one to where I was, so I went on a Saturday. Office hours were 12-4:30pm. Got there around 12:30. First off...this place is G.H.E.T.T.O. like why do they not keep up their building? Secondly, no cars...except for in the back. So I park in the back with the cars and go to the door. It's locked. It says to go to a different door for safety reasons. That door is also locked. So I called Essentia, who called the office. No answer. I had to literally bang on the window. A lady came out and said they were short staffed, no phone rang, and she couldn't let me in because they were closing at 1pm and they can't let people in before 15 minutes of clinic closure. There was no sign or anything stating this. I was there way before then, and nothing was done to accommodate the request. The place was trash...don't recommend. Go somewhere else."

"They are very dismissive and don’t pay attention to details The nurse administered the wrong vaccine even though I clearly stated my preference and also gave her a note from my school indicating the specified vaccination needed. I was almost dropped out of my classes due to this. And to crown it all i went there again and it took me 2 hours of waiting for them to give me a record of the actual vaccination she gave me. I was really surprised to discover that I was given something else. I’m never going there again."
