"Communication in this place is HORRIBLE!!! They dont explain anything (especially to parents) when they do procedures & they perform procedures WITHOUT informing the parents! The Dr. (or nurses) dont communicate how the procedure even went. My son ( who is a vulnerable adult) had a chest tube removed WITHOUT ANYONE notifying me! He got a bad bloody nose after having the chest tube removed & they put packing in it ( again WITHOUT notifying me)! People need to be informed of what is going on with their loved ones!!! Patients are not just a number! They are human beings & they have feelings! Its not easy having a loved one in a hospital, its stressful,worrisome & heartbreaking & then you add the lack of communication on top of that makes it more frustrating! So here is my suggestion "COMMUNICATE" with family members...it goes a long way!!!"

"Yesterday i went to 6th floor and was seen i had my first time terrible experience plus the doctor on call in delivery and Labor was very standoffish and impolite fascism her name is Angie kiffle or whatever and she didn't care for my health so I got a second opinion from Stanford found out I have an ulcer so very upset and I will not be giving delivery here also I might be putting a grievance form lawsuit on the on call doctor Ms.Angie and the way I was mistreated poorly!"
