"Nice selection and service came up to par once they realized I was there to buy. Ended up buying elsewhere. Was looking at a couple of end tables but they were wobbly! Associate advised it's due to them being floor models. Floor models should be legit though right? So I passed for Dock 86 / HOM as floor models were legit, much larger selection, and better staff up front. Don't mind paying more for these things:)"

"Do not purchase furniture from here!!! I purchased a bed frame and 2 night stands for more than 2k and 2 months later I woke up on the floor because the bed had collapsed. I called them and they had someone come and fix it. Fast forward it’s been a little over a year and the entire bed has fallen apart. I am currently laying on the floor with the mattress. I also purchased a dining table and chairs. A year later I’m down to one chair and a big table. I either have to purchase chairs at 200 a chair which would cost me 1k or just have a dining table without chairs. All of the chairs fell apart while people were sitting on them. I’m telling you, spend the extra cash and go somewhere with quality furniture or you will spend double the money!!"

"I recently had an experience with Michael as a manager, and I must say I was disappointed by his behavior. I found his interactions to be unprofessional and, at times, condescending. There were instances where I felt he exhibited a lack of respect and inclusivity. I would try to explain from our point of view how he was being towards us but he would take it personal and say back to me that this is personal now. It's crucial for any manager to uphold professionalism and create an inclusive environment, and I believe there is room for improvement in Michael's approach."

"Wish I could give them zero stars, I had an awful experience at Furniture Barn largely due to Mark or Michael, hard to believe he’s the manager. He treated me poorly, insinuated I was dishonest and confrontational, and dismissed my request to exchange a faulty mattress. He also made inappropriate assumptions based on my race. This behavior is unprofessional and rude. When I politely tried to communicate my concerns, he insisted on his own way, even suggesting we go somewhere else. It seemed like he was trying to provoke a reaction and portray himself as the victim. Truly a poor representation of any business. 0/10"

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude and demeaning when talking to customers, especially Michael the “manager”. Yelling at customers who are speaking in a calm voice and calling them liars, multiple times, is not okay."
