"We took in a beautiful jumper to get tailored for a special occasion in a few months. When it was returned to us it was damaged and the owner took no accountability in the damage. She mentioned it was taken in that way and that she had proof. (Which was not shown) We would not have spent money to tailor a damaged item, it makes no sense. Instead of offering to try and fix it or even a refund, she suggested to go somewhere else to get the damaged part fixed. I will not be doing business with them again."
