"Just had an experience at this gas station that amazed me. This lady must feel she doesn't have to have customer service. I requested 30 dollars worth of gas 20 cash and 10 with my card. She then went on to explain to me that she can't do both at the same time I understood that. I said ok I'll do 20 cash and 10 on the card she doubled back to tell me that she couldn't do two transactions at once like I didn't hear her. She was very rude, and I guess this will be my last time patronizing this business. She should learn some customer service"
"These people are awesome! Friendly, fast service with a smile and they are so understanding. They let me park my vehicle here after an accident to avoid it getting towed and they have just been an all around blessing in my life! Zac, LaDena, and Raven have all been outstanding examples of true customer service. Thanks, Shiloh Express!"
"Such a clean and friendly store! They also seem to be a lot cheaper then most convenient stores in that general area, as well as being able to purchase liquor till 1 am."
"If I could give them no stars, I would. They had signs everywhere stating a 2 for $4 deal on ZOA energy drinks. When the total rang up wrong, the cashier wouldn't honor the deal they had and told me that it may not be running anymore. So, I just purchased one. Then, as I was leaving, I saw yet another sign with the same 2/$4 advertisement. I said something about how they should probably take all of the signs down if it wasn't in effect anymore and the cashier looked at me like I was stupid. Not a very good way to do business."
"Got here at 6:20 a.m. and had no coffee made at all. Not a good way to run business."
